Requirements for Enrolling
- Previous school records (example: withdrawal papers)
- Last Report Card, TAKS or State scores
- Immunization Records
- Social Security Card (if the student has one)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency in Spring Branch ISD
1. If you own the house, supply a copy of the deed, mortgage payment book, or SBISD tax bill.
2. If you lease the house, supply a notarized statement from the owner plus the owner's proof of ownership.
3. Apartment, the lease must have parent's and student names on it.
