About Your Librarian

Welcome!  My name is Mr. Mai and I am the librarian at Landrum Middle School.

I have a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English from The University of Houston - Downtown and a Master of Library Sciences degree from Sam Houston State University. This is my 10th year in education and my 2nd year as a librarian.  Prior to becoming a librarian, I was a high school English teacher and Grade Level Chair for HISD and KIPP Public Schools.

I love assisting teachers and students to locate just the right materials.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. I am looking forward to assisting you in any manner.
